Four areas where identification changes the fleet's daily work

Fines and damage You know who was driving the vehicle on a given day and at a given time, so you are not hunting through rotas for the driver.
Driving style per person The score and ranking apply to the driver, not the vehicle — even when several people share one car.
Settlements and mileage Kilometres, working time and refuelling go to the right person's account, even when vehicles rotate.
Vehicle protection An optional immobiliser that blocks starting without a card limits use of the car by unauthorised people.

Frequently asked questions about driver identification

What happens if the driver does not present a card?

The trip is recorded as unidentified and added to the list of events to be clarified. You can also enable a notification for the person responsible for the fleet and an optional immobiliser that requires a card before the vehicle can be started.

Does identification cost extra?

No. Driver identification is part of the GPS tracking module (PLN 35 net per vehicle per month). The only extra cost is the readers and RFID cards, if you choose that option.

Can one card work in several vehicles?

Yes. The card is assigned to the driver, not the vehicle, so it works in every fleet car fitted with a reader. This is the standard scenario when vehicles rotate between employees.
