If your drivers work in shifts, they file a vehicle condition report for you after every shift. Drivers can complete pick-up and return reports on their own, so in the event of a dispute you can quickly establish who is responsible for the damage.
Usage history
Every issue and return automatically creates an entry in the vehicle's usage history, so in future you can easily establish who was driving it at a given time. When needed, you can quickly go back to the documents signed at both issue and return.
Damage records

The contract runs for an indefinite period with one month's notice.
Does this app work with GPS tracking systems?+
Yes. We have our own GPS tracking system, from which we can pull the current odometer reading of your vehicles. We are continually working to integrate our products more closely and give you quick access to the information you need.
Yes. We also offer a telematics system with the key features for transport: freight-forwarding maps, tachograph file download, SENT and e-TOLL integration, and fuel control.
We provide post-rollout support from an experienced fleet manager, who is there to help both during onboarding and at every stage of using the app.
