How long is the contract signed for?

Navifleet contracts are always open-ended, with one month's notice.

What are the additional costs?

There are no additional costs if you fit the device yourself. Fitting by our installer is only €15.

Can I fit the device myself?

Yes, it is a simple job and, importantly, very hard to get wrong. We are also on the phone to help while you fit it.

What level of post-implementation support do you offer, and does it cost extra?

We provide post-implementation support from people with transport experience, who help both during onboarding and at every later stage of using the application.
