Navifleet Tracker / Driver working time control
Stay up to date with how much working time your drivers have left. Keep the fleet compliant and manage drivers' working time better.
A clear dashboard gives you precise information on remaining driving time, refreshed every minute. With it, strict regulations are easier to follow and route planning becomes simpler and more precise.

Navifleet is more than driver working time control. We also run an advanced GPS vehicle tracking platform with detailed maps for transport, tachograph data control, e-TOLL and SENT integration and the mileage and fuel reports you need.
Effective control of drivers' working time matters to a carrier for many reasons. The most important are:
Whoever is responsible for working time sees everything they need on one clear dashboard, refreshed every minute: the type of activity and how long it has lasted, the vehicle registration number and the driving time left in the cycle, on the day and over the fortnight. Just open Working time in the Tachograph module to see the full picture in real time. Normal states are marked green and infringements red — open the details to see the reason.
Keeping records of a driver's working time is the duty of the carrier the driver performs road transport for. The settlement work itself can be outsourced. For missing records, the competent authority can fine the employer PLN 1,000 per driver, and for breaking working time rules — from PLN 1,000 up to PLN 30,000. Falsifying records carries a PLN 8,000 fine.
The road transport inspectorate (ITD) is not the only authority entitled to carry out checks. Inspections can also come from the Border Guard, the customs service or the National Labour Inspectorate — the last of these at the transport company's premises. The police may also check the working time recorded by the tachograph and the driver card.
Under the changes introduced by the Mobility Package on 31 December 2024, the inspection period was extended from 28 to 56 days. During a roadside check, drivers must be ready to present complete working time records for the current day and the preceding 56 days.
