How do groups affect data visibility?

What are groups?

In the Navifleet Manager app, all created objects (vehicles, people) can be organised using groups. Groups allow data to be divided in line with the company's organisational structure.

They are most often used to divide data:

• by branch,

• region,

• project,

• department,

• or type of tasks performed.

With groups you can:

• organise a large number of objects,

• restrict data visibility,

• specify which users see particular vehicles and resources,

• reflect the company's organisational structure in the system.

Groups can be created and edited according to the company's needs.
