Vehicle usage history

In Navifleet Manager, the vehicle usage history is created automatically. Every issue and return is recorded in the system, so there is no need to update the data manually.

To check who has used a vehicle:

1. Go to the Vehicles tab in the side menu.

2. Select a vehicle from the list or find it using the search box on the right.

3. In the vehicle details, go to the Usage history tab.

4. The list shows the detailed usage history of the selected vehicle.

The full vehicle usage history can also be checked in the Vehicle handovers tab in the side menu. This is a summary view containing all vehicles and all their handovers, so there is no need to open the details of a specific vehicle to analyse its history.
