What is the Scheduler and what is its role?
Updated: 21 August 2026
The main role of the Scheduler is to replace traditional, scattered ways of recording deadlines and to centralise all important dates in one place. The feature lets you monitor mandatory and official deadlines (e.g. roadworthiness tests or insurance policies), as well as manage vehicle servicing and operation.
Thanks to automatic notifications about upcoming deadlines, it helps eliminate the risk of missing important dates and streamlines day-to-day work organisation.
Deadlines can relate to vehicles or users
In the Scheduler you can:
add entries (deadlines) both to vehicles and to users,
define a deadline by date or by mileage,
define mileage in kilometres or engine hours.
Also check the article on mileage control, where you will find the key information on this subject.
Summary view
All deadlines are available in one summary view, the Scheduler (side menu, on the left). For convenience, they are divided into categories:
Insurance policies,
Roadworthiness tests,
Periodic services,
Leases,
Calibrations,
Driver documents,
Other.

Detailed view (single object)
Deadlines linked to a specific vehicle or user are also visible in the details view of those objects, grouped by type.
You will find more information in the article on adding important deadlines to the app.

Scheduler notifications
Each deadline type has its own notification settings. For each type you can define:
how far in advance the notification should be sent,
which people it should go to,
whether the notification should also be sent to the user,
what the message text should be.
This makes it possible to direct different notifications to the right people. For example, if one person deals with insurance policies and another with servicing, the app will send notifications about expiring policies to the first and about upcoming services to the second.
Notifications are sent as e-mail messages.
You will find more information in the article on configuring notifications about expiring deadlines.
