Permissions for managing the scheduler

Updated: 21 August 2026

Permissions to manage the scheduler and see its data come directly from the combination of the role assigned to the user and the groups assigned. Groups define which vehicles and users are visible to a given employee, while the role defines the range of operations available on scheduler entries.

For an employee to manage the scheduler effectively (for example, to update insurance policies for a selected region), they must have a role with editing permissions (Administrator, Moderator+ or Moderator) and be assigned the appropriate group of vehicles or users the entries concern.

Scope of permissions by role

Administrator, Moderator+, Moderator

  • viewing entries,

  • adding new entries,

  • editing existing entries,

  • deleting entries.

Observer

  • viewing entries (only for vehicles and users belonging to the groups shared with this role).

Vehicle user

Has access to the scheduler to the extent defined in the system settings. Depending on the permissions assigned, they may be able to:

  • view entries,

  • add new entries,

  • edit existing entries.
