How to display the gas level on a handover report?

Updated: 20 August 2026

A vehicle handover report (both for issue and return) should contain the most important information about the vehicle's technical condition. The most common parameters entered on the report are the fuel level and the odometer reading. If your vehicles are additionally fitted with an LPG system, see how to configure the system so that the gas level in the tank is shown on the report.

Step 1: Set the correct fuel type on the vehicle

The gas level appears on handover reports only for vehicles fitted with an LPG system.

To mark that a vehicle has such a system:

  1. Go to the vehicle list.

  2. Open the details of the selected vehicle.

  3. Click Edit or double-click the chosen form field.

  4. In the Fuel type field, select Petrol+LPG or Hybrid+LPG.

  5. Save the form.

Step 2: Generate the report in the mobile app

Go to the mobile app and start the issue or return process with a report. While completing it, enter the gas level. Once the electronic report is completed, the entered gas level will be displayed in the vehicle data section.
