How to store scans of various documents in the system?

Updated: 24 August 2026

Files can be attached to various objects

In our app you can store, without limit, the most important documents related to vehicles, users, scheduler entries and damage. The maximum size of each file is 5 MB, and the accepted formats are:

  • *.jpg

  • *.jpeg

  • *.png

  • *.pdf

Files can be added to various objects in the system from both the mobile app and the web app. Example uses of this feature:

  • to a scheduler entry of the Insurance policy type you can attach a scan of the policy,

  • to a scheduler entry of the Technical inspection type you can attach a scan of the registration document,

  • to a scheduler entry of the Service type you can attach the invoice for replaced parts,

  • to damage you can attach the repair invoice or a police report,

  • to a user you can attach a scan of their driving licence,

  • a driver can add the oil change invoice themselves,

  • a driver can add a scan of the registration document themselves after the technical inspection has been renewed,
    and so on...
