Border crossings report

Updated: 13 September 2021

The report presents visits to selected countries and the amounts due for daily allowances and lump sums for accommodation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013.

Border crossings

The report contains an exact list of border crossings, which illustrates the route covered by the vehicle. Each row in the report is a visit to a separate country. The report displays the country name, entry and exit dates, time spent in the country, work and stop time and distance travelled. The report can be set to generate visits only to selected countries (e.g. only France or Germany) for the purpose of minimum wage settlement.

Daily allowance and accommodation lump sum due

The report calculates the duration of the trip between user-defined dates and on this basis applies the rates according to the settings. In the

Settings → Report settings → Daily allowance and accommodation rates

panel the user can define their own daily allowance and accommodation rates. Daily allowances are granted in accordance with the 2013 Regulation on business trips; the daily allowance rates and lump sum limits are up to date, and the foreign currency exchange rate is taken from the NBP (National Bank of Poland) table from the day preceding the settlement date. The report itself recognises border crossings and, based on the regulation, calculates the daily allowance and accommodation lump sum due:

  1. by country of stay,
  2. by destination country,
  3. by your own daily allowance rate, separately for domestic and foreign daily allowances and accommodation.
