Updated: 24 August 2026
Checklist templates
A checklist template is a set of items that must be checked at every issue or return handover report or vehicle inspection.
Within an organisation you can:
create many checklist templates,
assign one template to many vehicles,
assign more than one checklist template to a single vehicle.
Creating a checklist template
To create a checklist template:
Go to the Settings tab in the side menu.
Select the Checklists submenu.
Click the Add button in the top right corner.
In the window that opens, enter the template name and then add the checklist items.
Go to the Assigned vehicles tab and select the vehicles the checklist is to be assigned to.
Click Save.

Tips
If people of different nationalities work in your company, you can prepare translations of the list items straight away and enter them, for example, in English.

You can use drag and drop to control the order of items on the checklist.

Showing checklists in the vehicle details
Once a checklist template is assigned to a vehicle, its details show the state of the items and the results of the last check.

If more than one template is assigned to a given vehicle, each list is shown in a separate tab.

Showing checklists in the basic data
From the vehicle details you can edit the name, note and status of each item on the checklists. To make changes, click the pencil icon and edit the information in the window that appears.

Deleting a checklist
To delete a checklist:
Go to the Settings tab in the side menu.
Select the Checklists submenu.
Select the item you want to delete from the list.
In the window that opens, click the Delete button.
